Mail Merge - how to make it so

Mail merging allows you to take content from one source and merge it into another source, most commonly address information into a standard letter, that ends up being personalised to the recipient.  Once you learn how to merge a data set into your chosen destination, a myriad of applications will immediately become apparent to you.  In the example below I demonstrate how location and resource data can be merged.  The data set in this case comes from an  Excel spreadsheet, but it could be a database that you already have.
