Tutorials
Below is an ever expanding list of tutorials that I have created and published on You Tube. A video tutorial is a great way to capture skills and knowledge that can be endlessly re-used. Why would an organisation want to create ICT tutorials? The answer is simple, intellectual property. If you capture and record a skill set from key individuals, then when they leave your organisation, you have a library of skills recorded for others to use and benefit from, the knowledge stays within the organisation.
The other great reason for developing a video vault of skills is to then use these videos, targetted at key aspects of your organisation as an induction process for new staff. The benefits for doing this are two fold. You new employee comes up to speed with your systems and organisation really quickly, has something to refer back to often. In addition, those around the new employee do not suffer from as marked a time lag effect from the new employee finding their feet.
Below are a selection of low res type screen capture tutorials. I can create program or skills specific tutorials tailored to your organisations needs in a high quality format.
